Mission
To define and evolve the online pharmacy's visual identity across website, campaigns, and brand assets. You'll work alongside the UI/UX
designer and marketing team to merge strategic storytelling with functional design - building a cohesive, recognizable brand universe.
Scope & Impact
As Senior Conceptual Designer, you will:
- Lead the visual direction of the website redesign - defining mood, tone, imagery, typography, and motion style.
- Translate marketing strategies into conceptual campaigns with strong storytelling and brand cohesion.
- Partner with the UI/UX designer to merge emotional storytelling with functional design and consistent systems.
- Create cross-channel visual assets for newsletters, landing pages, seasonal promotions, and lab sponsorships.
- Establish visual identity guidelines and scalable templates ensuring brand consistency across Europe.
Your work will directly impact:
- Brand perception - elevating from transactional pharmacy to a trusted destination.
- Campaign performance - through clear, emotional, conversion-driven visuals.
- Creative efficiency - by building a cohesive system of reusable design standards.
What You'll Need to Do
- Define and evolve the brand identity system (color, typography, imagery, motion, and photography style).
- Create visual concepts and key visuals for campaigns (e.g., Black Health Week, product launches, seasonal themes).
- Partner with the UI/UX designer to align art direction with UX logic for the new webshop and quizzes.
- Design marketing assets: homepage banners, newsletters, gift set visuals, lab partner promotions.
- Prepare and supervise creative guidelines for internal and external teams.
- Support content and advertising teams with concepts adaptable to Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Yêu cầu
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or brand identity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual campaigns, visual storytelling, and brand system thinking.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), and Canva.
- Skilled at developing moodboards, storyboards, and key visuals from abstract ideas.
- Experience designing for digital and marketing channels (web, social, email, print).
- Excellent understanding of color psychology, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, health, or beauty industries.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video direction, or 3D mockups.
- Comfortable collaborating with AI design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
- Basic understanding of front-end feasibility to collaborate effectively with
developers.
- Prior experience leading brand redesigns or campaign art direction.
