Mission
To design and elevate the entire online pharmacy experience, from intuitive digital interfaces to visually cohesive marketing materials. You'll define and maintain the visual identity across the European markets, internal tools, and marketing channels. You'll collaborate with our Tech Lead, front-end team, AI engineers, and marketing experts to translate complex systems into simple, elegant, and conversion-optimized ecommerce user journeys.
Scope & Impact
As Senior UI/UX
Designer, you will:
- Own the design system and enforce consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital and brand assets.
- Elevate core journeys - product discovery (search/filters/PDP), checkout, and health quizzes - from friction to flow.
- Design to convert with high-performing newsletters, landing pages, and lab campaigns.
- Drive a data-led UX strategy with the data/AI teams (personalization, A/B testing, behavior-driven design).
Your design work will directly impact:
- Customer experience and conversion rates on .be/.nl/.de/.fr/.es.
- Brand perception and retention, reinforcing as a trusted online pharmacy.
- Team productivity, by introducing scalable design systems and components.
What You'll Need to Do
- Design user-centered interfaces for front-end (desktop + mobile).
- Build interactive prototypes and user flows in Figma (from wireframe to hi-fi).
- Conduct UX audits to identify friction points and improve engagement.
- Create responsive marketing visuals - banners, newsletter layouts, landing pages.
- Collaborate to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain design consistency.
- Develop and maintain a Figma design library (buttons, modals, grids, icons).
- Work with data and AI engineers to test and refine personalized user experiences.
- Contribute to the branding handbook, ensuring tone, color, and style coherence.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web platforms or SaaS preferred).
- Strong command of Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design execution.
- Experience collaborating with front-end
developers and product managers.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
- Analytical mindset - able to translate data insights into UX improvements.
- Proficiency in English (collaboration with EU stakeholders).
- Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or pharma UX.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, GA4, and CRO strategies.
- Knowledge of AI tools for design (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Uizard, Galileo).
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding for front-end collaboration.
- Motion or micro-interaction design.
