Payroll Services (Full time & based in Ho Chi Minh City)

Yêu cầu
• Candidates having minimum 03 (three) years of experience in payroll or payroll outsourcing services. Work experience in international accounting firm(s) would be preferred;
• Candidates holding recognised degrees in HR, payroll, accounting, tax or related fields; having relevant Vietnamese and/or international professional qualifications is an advantage;
• Proficient in English language, both spoken and written;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel;
• A strong team leader, analytical mind-set with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

• Ứng viên cần có ít nhất 03 (ba) năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trực tiếp trong lĩnh vực tính lương hoặc dịch vụ tính lương. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm dịch vụ tính lương thuê ngoài tại các công ty dịch vụ kế toán, kiểm toán và thuế;
• Có bằng đại học chuyên ngành nhân sự, tính lương, kế toán, thuế hoặc lĩnh vực có liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ nghề nghiệp quốc gia và quốc tế phù hợp;
• Thành thạo
tiếng Anh (cả kỹ năng nói và viết);
• Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office, đặc biệt là MS Excel;
• Có khả năng lãnh đạo nhóm, khả năng phân tích, tổ chức công việc, kỹ năng giao tiếp nói và viết tốt.
