Senior Copywriter/ Senior Content Writer

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing creative ideas and concepts, taking ownership of copy briefs, and delivering high - quality responses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Art, Account, Planning, Media, and others, to plan, structure, and produce content for various media platforms. Your role involves developing content strategies and innovative ideas that drive the creation of compelling content across channels, ensuring the right content is delivered at the right time to capture the target audience and express the brand's voice. As an innovator, you are expected to consistently generate new creative ideas that align with Lamp's promise of solving clients' needs and leaving a lasting impression.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be able to lead brainstorming sessions.
Suggest well-thought-out concepts, ideas, key messages, copies, and tactics that effectively communicate our brand's objectives.
Independently handle proposal writing and execution tasks with guidance and consulting from the line manager.
Present ideas to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
Manage timelines, attitudes, quality, and personnel under your supervision.
Coordinate effectively with other departments such as art, planning, account, media, and freelancers in a collaborative and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the advertising industry.
A portfolio showcasing an impressive collection of ideas written in contemporary yet relevant writing styles that effectively deliver on all the above-mentioned aspects.
Possess a solution-oriented attitude, taking responsibility for finding solutions rather than blaming others.
In-depth understanding of the advertising ecosystem, particularly in the digital world.
Strong team player with a brave, enthusiastic, and cheerful attitude.
