We are looking for a Senior
Designer to join our creative team at our Hanoi office. Your responsibilities will include UI/UX design for e-commerce websites, brand identity development, and producing marketing materials (ads, social media, emails) for MISEN's portfolio of D2C brands.
This is an opportunity to work in an international startup environment, directly creating designs seen daily by millions of customers in the US, Europe, and Asia. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.
Designing UI/UX for Shopify stores and landing pages with a focus on conversion rate and user experience.
Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across brands.
Producing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google (static images, carousels, video concepts).
Designing email templates, social media graphics, and promotional materials
Participating in brainstorming creative concepts for new marketing campaigns.
Designing packaging, product mockups, and print materials as needed.
Collaborating with the Marketing team to A/B test creative variants and optimize them based on data.
Staying updated on design trends in the e-commerce and D2C industry globally.
Yêu cầu
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, branding, or graphic design
Impressive portfolio showcasing diverse skills: web design, brand identity, marketing materials
Proficient in Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web usability
Strong typography, color theory, and layout composition skills
Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Conversational English (reading briefs, communicating with the global team)
Data-driven mindset, willing to iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
