Senior Designer - REMOTE

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to lead the brand identity, visual, and user experience of our platform. You will be responsible for developing and evolving our brand guidelines, creating compelling marketing visuals, and ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all digital and offline touch points.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a cohesive user and visual experience for our mobile and web applications.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines, covering logo usage, typography, color palettes, and visual tone across all platforms.
• Design high-quality assets, including UI components, illustrations, icons, and animations, to enhance user engagement and brand storytelling.
• Create marketing visuals and brand assets for campaigns, social media, email newsletters, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Oversee and refine brand identity across both digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
• Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs across all brand touchpoints.
• Stay updated on the latest branding, design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our brand presence.

• 5+ years of experience in visual and brand design for digital products (mobile and web).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality branding, UI/UX designs, and marketing visuals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and other prototyping tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity frameworks.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English.

• Monthly salary: 30 - 40 million VND, depending on experience and qualifications.
