Mô tả công việc
1. Development tasks including developing furniture and home décor products
- Handle all new development activities, including but not limited to: designs analysis, product risk assessments, preventive and corrective action plans, create and control all the product specifications for furniture and home decor products.
- Coordinate with designers & suppliers to proceed needed activities from designs to sampling/ new product developments.
- Secure samples to be delivered at right time following collection plan.
- Carry out/make report for needed tests in order to ensure products are at the right quality with proper functions.
- Set up and maintain technical documentation to transfer to production/suppliers.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and supplier to build quality standards for new products.
- Make sure the information is well conveyed and accurate for mass production.
2. Customizing designs following customers or architecture's request
- Coordinate with salesmen to customize designs when customers/architecture need.
- Collaborate with factories to finish the products.
- Collaborate with architecture to develop their designs.
3. Other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Knowledge:
Using basic drawing software (Corel, Autocad, Illustrator...)
Good command of English to directly communicate with foreign designers.
Knowledge in the lacquering process is a plus
Understanding about Vietnamese craftsmanship is a plus
