We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our offshore team based in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing DevOps processes and ensuring seamless integration between development and operations teams. The role requires expertise in Magento, MuleSoft, and AP21, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our Australian internal stakeholders.

Your role & responsibilities
Incharge of DevOps processes, including software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure smooth integration and deployment of Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce), MuleSoft, and AP21 applications across the entire development lifecycle.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient code delivery.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process and increase productivity.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks in the development and deployment processes.
Monitor and maintain system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations.
Provide technical guidance and support to the offshore team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, At least 5+ years if experience.
Strong experience working with Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce), MuleSoft, and AP21.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Fastly, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with Australian internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead the team in resolving complex technical challenges.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices.
