About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to lead the marketplace operations for a fast-growing American beauty brand operating exclusively in the U.S. market. In this role, you will take ownership of our brand's digital storefronts, driving growth, visibility, and sales across major US e-commerce platforms.Core Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
Manage product listings and marketplace performance for our beauty catalog across:
• Amazon (U.S.)
• Walmart Marketplace
• TikTok Shop (U.S.)
• Shopify
Responsibilities include:
• Product listing creation and optimization tailored to the US beauty consumer
• Keyword research and SEO optimization
• Listing health monitoring and compliance management
• Product variation setup and catalog management
• Competitor analysis and marketplace strategy within the beauty sector
Paid Advertising & Growth
Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive product sales and brand awareness:
• Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products / Brands / Display)
• Walmart Sponsored Ads
• TikTok Shop promotion and product campaigns
• Meta / Google / TikTok Ads support when needed
Optimize campaigns based on:
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales)
• CPC (Cost Per Click)
• Conversion rate
Marketplace Performance & Inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock-outs to ensure consistent product availability in the US
• Manage FBA / FBM operations
• Handle support cases, reimbursements, and platform issues
• Analyze sales performance and generate actionable reports
