***Job Purpose Summary
• The role holder is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, implementation, monitoring and completion of technical integration solutions, responsible for coordinating e-channel development initiatives, applies understanding of high-volume self-service e-channel applications in the financial industry and associated multi-disciplinary domain knowledge (customer service, operations and marketing) to drive continual improvement in deployment processes
• This role is also responsible for Corporate Banking Project related to Digitalized Channel Development, work with internal stakeholders, external partners/vendors/clients on technical matter, and develop Digital Product Roadmap. They will also provide management and Cash management consultancy services to clients that are identified under the Key
***Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Functional (job responsibilities)
1. Accountable and responsible for the technical implementation of Corporate Cash Management projects (Digitalized On boarding Process, sFTP channel, E-tax & E-Customs Integration, ERP Integration, H2H...)
2. Coordination of all parties involved and managing the technical onboarding such as setups, testing, documenting and tracking the progress
3. Provides solutions and takes ownership for identified issues and escalations - in close coordination with the Implementation and Service Manager
4. Works in close contact with Product Management and IT on product developments
5. Collaborate with other teams in the business unit to meet business needs and objectives including supporting promotional campaigns and keeping customers' satisfaction;
6. Plan and drive digital innovations & strategies to keep the business unit competitive in the market;
7. Assist in the implementation of custom plans to meet the client's cash management requirements for business banking clients.
8. Adherence of HLB group's policies, services standard, performance measures, identifying and implementing operational risk controls, managing daily operations and capacity & capability planning.
9. Identify areas and opportunities for growth and expansion in Client Integration to ensure that 'Best In Class' integration service is delivered.
10. The jobholder has the authority to define and institute an implementation process that is best in breed compared with the competition. Jobholder has the responsibility to ensure Client Integration processes are efficient and effective on an ongoing basis.

Yêu cầu
Education/Qualification
• IT/BA Degree or equivalent
• Good understanding Cash Management solutions and the ability to relate to client business requirements and capabilities
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any commerce related field
Experience
• Minimum 3 years in IT/ Business Analysis/Project
• Technology or application/ systems experience
• Experience in dealing with projects and cash management products will be added advantage
Special Skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of corporate cash management, connectivity protocols, EDI formats and API infrastructure
• Good English in verbal and written
• IT/BA Degree or equivalent
• Good understanding Cash Management solutions and the ability to relate to client business requirements and capabilities
