Senior Expert, Digital Partnership

Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for keeping abreast of the latest technological and market developments, newchannels and new technology players.
- The job holder is responsible for supporting the selection and contract management of digital partnerships tomeet business objectives for digital capability requirements.
- The job holder is responsible for sourcing and supporting relationship building with innovative ecosystemplayers and maintains an updated list of potential partners.
Key Accountabilities
Market Research và Engagement
- Conduct market research on the local and international fintech community, market standards, regulations,competitors and suppliers of digital technologies.
- Understand business challenges and explain digital solutions that can provide value to customer journeys.
- Work with stakeholders to understand digital capability needs and build business case (pilot requirements andpotential for minimum viable products) for external partnerships.
- Provide advice and collaborate with others to shortlist and select competent digital partners.
Contract và Performance Management
- Collaborate with responsible parties to manage the contractual relationship and administer the terms of thecontract.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams in the organization to support the onboarding of digital partners.
- Liaise with partners to ensure performance and delivery of services.
- Review relationships, address potential performance issues and consolidate lessons learned.
Community Events
- Arrange tech talks, hackathons, incubator programs and other innovation/collaborative programs to establishthe Bank as a financial innovation player and trusted partner for talent, start-ups and market participants.
- Measure performance results and report on collaboration efficiency, investment and benefits.
