Senior Expert, Internal Communication (40001176)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expert in Internal Communication to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communication strategies that foster engagement, alignment, and a strong sense of community within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective internal communication plans tailored to diverse audiences across the company to ensure key messages are conveyed clearly and consistently.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments to understand their communication needs and support organisational objectives.
Develop and manage engaging content across multiple internal channels including intranet, newsletters, emails, and virtual town halls to keep employees informed and motivated.
Monitor and analyse communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
Lead cross-functional projects related to change management communication, employee recognition, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Coach and mentor junior communication team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Ensure alignment with company values, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in all communication materials and activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive experience in internal communication, preferably within large, complex organisations.
Strong expertise in communication strategy development, content creation, and channel management.
