SUMMARY
- Managing the global export business at ZWILLING Vietnam on behalf of ZWILLING Trading GmbH with high customer satisfaction due to an excellent 360° management of orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 360° order management from receipt of order to collection of payment
- Full customer communication related to orders
- Full order management in ERP system
- Coordinate shipment with logistic service provider, freight forwarders and customers
- Prepare full export documentation
- Collecting sales forecasts from customers together with global SCM
- Liaising with ZWILLING Trading and global export team on terms, pricing and promotions
- Coordinate with stakeholders in case of special customer requests like set combinations, value added services
- Receive and handle customer claims with regards to quality and shipment
