• Oversee the maintenance and operation of facility systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure facilities support manufacturing needs.
• Manage facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility services.
• Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and improvements.
• Analyze facility performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in facility management is a plus.
• Certifications in facility management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.
