Senior Facility & Maintenance Engineer

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
• Conduct root cause analyses for any production or process issues and lead corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for factory equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules and keep updated maintenance records.
• Manage equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications as required.
• Identify costsaving opportunities and implement efficiency measures without compromising quality or safety.
• Work closely with other departments (production, quality, procurement) to ensure alignment on engineering priorities.
• Communicate engineering updates, issues, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
• Lead engineering projects, from planning through execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
