(Senior) Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly financial reports, daily transaction of holding company, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance analyses for senior leadership
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on trade finance facilities, credit lines, and loan drawdowns
• Monitor and optimize working capital across the distribution cycle - inventory, AR, and AP
• Collaborate directly with external professionals such as auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements in financial controls and reporting systems
• Lead end-to-end consolidation processes and oversee the management of Group structures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
• Execute tasks and projects as directed by senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ideally: Manage end-to-end trade and import financing, including Letters of Credit (LC), trust receipts, documentary collections, and supplier financing arrangements
