Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with other teams/units within the department to implement fraud prevention measures and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the fraud prevention process.
- Ensure the accuracy of investigation reports received from the Security Center and ensure that all violations are handled appropriately in accordance with the Fraud Investigation and Identification Process.
- Ensure that the fraud investigation and identification process operates effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to ensure appropriate fraud classification.
- Report fraudulent/counterfeit cases and relevant subjects to the Unit Head.
- Train and share knowledge and experience with team members. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member to promote effective teamwork and improve overall team performance.
- Motivate team members, listen to their feedback, and proactively address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and responsible.
- Good teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
