Senior Full Stack AI Engineer Python + Flutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full Stack AI Engineer (Python + Flutter) to drive the development of AI-powered solutions in face recognition, security, drone intelligence, and natural language processing (LLM, RAG). The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Python AI development and Flutter mobile application development, with the primary goal of delivering seamless AI products that integrate advanced backend systems with intuitive mobile apps.

Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Backends: Build AI services using Python for computer vision, face recognition, drone intelligence, and NLP applications.

· Develop Mobile Applications: Create cross-platform apps using Flutter to interact with AI systems in real time.

· Integration & APIs: Build and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs connecting AI models with mobile and web clients.

· Performance Optimization: Optimize AI model inference for speed and accuracy on both server and edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi, drones).

· End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with firmware, backend, and AI teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.

Python Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development using frameworks like Py Torch or TensorFlow, including work with LLMs and RAG.

· Flutter Development: 2+ years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter, including UI/UX, state management, and deployment.

· API Development: Strong experience building and integrating APIs (Fast API, Flask, or Django).

· Full Stack Skills: Proficiency in working across backend and frontend layers, with experience in databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

· DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Computer Vision: Knowledge of OpenCV, YOLO, or Media Pipe.

· NLP & LLMs: Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

· Edge AI: Experience deploying AI on embedded systems (NVIDIA Jetson, ARM, or drone SDKs).

· App Deployment: Experience publishing apps on Google Play and the App Store.

· Security: Knowledge of authentication, JWT, OAuth2, and secure system design
