Senior Full-stack .NET Developer C#, .NET Core, Cloud

Bliksund is looking for software developers to join our new team at Scandinavian Software Park in Hanoi, Vietnam. Together, we will develop and improve solutions that help the emergency and rescue services in their most important work, to save lives.

What will you do?

Initially, work will be done with Bliksund CRS (Crash Recovery System). Bliksund CRS provides extensive vehicle coverage, interactive information, and multiple identification methods, which gives quick access to accurate digital rescue sheets for vehicle deactivation, securing, and safe extrication. The system consists of an application available on Windows, Android, iOS, Web and as an integrated solution for use by fire & rescue workers. CRS offers both manual vehicle lookups and license plate matching to retrieve vehicle rescue sheets. The product is backed by 14 different data providers serving 18 different countries. It may later be relevant to work on other solutions that Bliksund develops. Your tasks will include:

• Operation, maintenance, and further development of the CRS solution.
• Become a member of a Scrum Team and collaborate to achieve great results.
• Assist with migrating the existing compute infrastructure (Azure App Services / Azure Functions) to a newly set up Bliksund AKS cluster.
• Communicate directly with project manager and other developers about tasks and progress, offering ideas and helping the team move forward.

Desired skills and experience:

Must have:

• Engineering education in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with C#, .NET, Web API, .NET Framework/.NET Core, RDBMS.
• Experience with system design, architecture and technical solutions.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Highly proactive, independent, and active in communication.
• Able to design infrastructure with performance and cost-efficiency in mind.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.

Nice to have:
• Able to build or manage proxy services (e.g., NGINX, YARP, Traefik) for routing traffic.
• Experience with Azure products such App Services, Functions, Storage accounts, Application Insights, as well as Azure RBAC.
• Experience with Pulumi, Terraform, or similar IaC tools.
• Knowledge of MAUI, Xamarin, WPF is a big plus.
