Outpost24 is seeking Senior Python Back-end Developers to join our growing development team in our beautiful Hanoi office.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining large-scale systems that extract and process cyber threat intelligence from both the surface web and the dark web.
While the core focus of the role is web crawling and backend infrastructure, you'll also have opportunities to work with modern AI and Machine Learning models-no prior experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
This is a high-impact position where your work contributes directly to improving global cybersecurity. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and threat analysts to deliver tools and services that help our customers monitor and reduce risk in a constantly evolving threat landscape.

Design and build scalable, production-grade backend systems using modern engineering practices
Develop and maintain robust web crawlers for extracting data from surface and dark web sources
Build APIs and backend services to support threat intelligence products
Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and well-documented code
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
Help maintain and improve existing systems, including legacy codebases
Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments
Exposure to AI/ML technologies is a plus
Experience with AWS and Terraform is a strong advantage
