Ideation & Conceptualization (20%)
• Create, organize and present well-considered design ideas & solutions that help to meet brand objectives & IMC brand campaigns.
• Have a good understanding of the creative process from brief to design, taking ownership from building new product packaging to brand guideline, campaign art direction and roll out design on all integrated brand, Ecom & digital channels consistently
• Act as a design guardian for brand ensuring colors, type and visual equities follow brand standards.
• Help to deep dive in creative planning for NPD, IMC brand campaign implementation.
NPD Packaging Development (20%)
• Research consumers' visual trends and develop Skincare and FMCG product packaging design to serve for New Product Development (NPD)
• Build holistic packaging design guidelines for master brands and sub-brands to create strong brand identity on Online & Offline channels.
Daily Design Delivery (50%)
• Able to work independently and execute the design of homepage layouts, product page templates, campaign landing pages, and promotional visuals across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, brand website, etc.).
• Develop key visuals, brand assets as well as compelling visual & content design, motion videos for social media, paid ads (Facebook, TikTok, Google, D2C), thumbnails, and other
digital marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign strategy.
• Organize and classify design files within our company's asset library.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, digital marketing, influencer marketing and e-commerce team to translate ideas into high-impact visuals that drive performance.
• Mentor junior
designers or freelancers (if any), provide feedback, and support design quality control.
Support Production (10%)
• Support to plan photo & video shooting concept; provide layout, art set shooting direction to collaborate smoothly with in-house studio team for social shoot and Tiktok video creation.
• On-set to guide production house and control brand asset quality
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.). Experience with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere) and 3D is a HUGE plus.
• Solid understanding of consumers brand design, digital & Ecom marketing, and target audience insights.
• Excellent teamwork skills; exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills and commitment to tasks within a timeframe.
• Prefer candidates with at least 3 years of experience from FMCG, Skincare, Personal Care but not limited to others from various background industries with open mindset & quick adaptation.
