Study design briefs, understand business objectives, and translate requirements into strong visual concepts
Lead end-to-end design execution across digital campaigns, product launches, branding, and social content
Develop high-quality illustrations, key visuals, mascots, icons, storyboards, and graphic assets using Adobe Illustrator and related tools
Create visually compelling designs across multiple formats: app banners, social media, performance ads, landing pages, CRM materials, OOH, and internal branding
Conceptualize and present creative directions, mood boards, and rough drafts to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Product Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to deliver effective and on-brand communication
Ensure consistency of visual identity and maintain high design standards across all touchpoints
Support animation/motion direction and work with motion
designers when needed
Review and refine designs based on feedback while balancing creativity, speed, and business objectives
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving team workflows, creative quality, and design best practices
Stay updated with design trends, illustration styles, AI creative tools, and emerging visual platforms
Min 5 years of experience in developing creatives with in-depth knowledge of motion and graphic design
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in driving and applying audience-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product design and user research
Hands-on experience with image and video editing software, such as, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
Proficient in using storyboards to effectively convey ideas and showcase concepts
