Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks/Principal Accountability
What You'll Own
• Full-Funnel Growth Ownership: Own and optimize the end-to-end user journey across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Performance & Lifecycle Campaigns: Plan and execute high-impact online and offline growth campaigns to drive user and revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key growth metrics. Identify bottlenecks, generate insights, and propose fast, practical actions to improve performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: This role requires strong ownership and the ability to lead initiatives cross-functionally.
• Market & User Insights: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user behavior analysis to identify new growth opportunities and sustainable initiatives.
Yêu cầu
• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM / Lifecycle, User Growth, or Promotion Strategy
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, banking, technology companies, or agency environment is highly preferred
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth results through campaigns or lifecycle initiatives
• Strong Analytical Thinking: You are comfortable working with numbers and asking "why" behind every movement in data. You can build clear analysis frameworks and translate metrics into actions.
• Hands-On Growth Mindset: You enjoy testing, learning, and iterating quickly. You are proactive, action-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Tools & Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in: Google Sheets / Excel, campaign reporting & analysis, funnel tracking
• Experience with the following is a strong plus: Appsflyer, Firebase, GA4, Adjust, SQL / data querying
