1. HR
• Prepare annual manpower plans and support workforce planning activities.
• Manage the recruit cycle including sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating qualified job candidates.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including employment contracts, leave management, social insurance, employee benefits, and termination procedures.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Organize staff training programs and coordinate training arrangements with relevant departments.
• Monitor HR KPIs and employee-related data, including headcount, recruitment status, turnover, leave utilization, regular reports for management and government submissions as required.
• Communicate company policies, benefits, and HR-related announcements to employees.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and other statutory requirements.
2. Employee Engagement & Internal Events
• Plan and organize company events, employee engagement activities, workshops, and CSR programs.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, communications, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain and update internal communication channels, including company portal and social media platforms.
3. Administration
• Oversee daily office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations.
• Arrange business travel for employees and visitors, including flights, accommodation, transportation, allowances, restaurants, and gifts.
• Monitor travel budgets, expense claims, and related reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities and services.
Yêu cầu
• Female, University degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR & Admin roles
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in employee engagement, event organization, and office administration.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
