SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing both Recruitment and C&B functions within the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment (45%):

Conduct end-to-end in the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Maintain employee records in compliance with labor law.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures following local regulations

Compensation & Benefits (45%):

Prepare and process monthly payroll, including attendance, and leave balance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive salary and bonus policies for all employees, including back office and field sales staff.
Ensure that policies comply with legal regulations and are competitive in the market
Design and manage employee benefit programs, and propose contests for sales motivation.
Accurately calculate and implement monthly salary and bonus payments following company policies and regulations.
Support performance management activities, including conducting probation assessments and coordinating performance appraisals.

Others (10%):

Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or related roles.
Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and company information
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Independent and self-motivated.
Experience working with a global team is a plus.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
