ABOUT YOUR ROLE (Mô tả chung về công việc):
Responsible for the strategy and execution of initiatives to build a happy workplace and engage a large-scale workforce.
This role acts as an information bridge between Management and employees, driving corporate culture and promoting core values through internal communications, engagement activities, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (Các trách nhiệm đảm đương):
1. Project management & Event Coordinator (Engagement, CSR & DE&I) 30%
• Independently manage end-to-end employee engagement projects and corporate events/ client events/ regional workshops/ internal events
• Oversee the full event lifecycle: from master planning, budgeting, content development, and stakeholder alignment to execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Lead and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Global Campaigns
• Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives
• Build, foster, and maintain strong internal relationships among employees, department
2. Employee Well-being & Operational Programs (15%)
• Design and maintain employee wellness programs, including Health Talks (with internal/external experts), Work-out Sessions, and Sport Competitions..
• Administer internal recognition programs.
• Manage corporate gifts and giveaways, including trend research, vendor sourcing, budgeting, inventory control, and timely distribution.
3. Internal Communications & Social Media ( 40%)
• Partner with HRBPs to support the executions
• Manage, curate, and update content across internal channels, including physical notice boards and the lobby LED screen.
• Promote and amplify internal engagement activities on the company's social media platforms to strengthen employer branding.
• Maintain all related administration reports, analyze survey results, and leverage data to optimize future engagement activities.
• Content creation - create content, and lead additional content production, to tell the news and stories of employees. This includes,not limited to articles for internal/external, social media posts, key messages, FAQs.
4. Administrative Tasks (10%)
• Own and execute the Long Service Award and Thank You programs to drive employee recognition and appreciation
• Manage and optimize the distribution of birthday vouchers and corporate gifts for employees
• Plan, manage, and organize seasonal cultural events (e.g., Lunar New Year, Christmas, International Women's Day, etc.) to foster team engagement
• Proactively propose and implement initiatives to upgrade the workplace environment, enhancing the overall office experience and employee well-being
• Provide end-to-end logistics support for internal meetings, learning sessions, or corporate workshops
5. Other Tasks (5%)
• Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager to meet business needs"
Yêu cầu
• Education: University Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or event management.
• Language: Excellent command of English (both writing and speaking skills).
• Core Competencies:
• Proven track record in End-to-End Project & Event Management.
• Experience in copywriting and editing.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, content creation, copywriting, and good design/proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong data analysis skills to translate survey results into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across departments.
• High energy, adaptability, and an outgoing personality; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced global environment.
