Position: Senior HR Operations Executive
Location: Andros Vietnam Gò Công Factory, 202/18 Mạc Văn Thành, Phường Sơn Qui, Tỉnh Đồng Tháp (Tiền Giang cũ)
Working Hour: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 6PM
Role Description
1. HR Operations, Training & Employee Engagement
Organize and coordinate company events and internal programs to support operations and employee engagement.
Plan and manage mandatory training programs on safety, fire prevention, and first aid.
Monitor contracts, service quality compliance of HR-related vendors.
Organize and ensure logistics for internal operations, meetings, trainings, and inspection visits.
2. Compliance, Audit & Government Relations
Act as the HR focal point liaising with government authorities on administrative, safety, environmental, and legal matters.
Manage fire safety documentation and coordinate inspections, training, and drills in compliance with regulations.
Manage environmental, wastewater, and hazardous waste documentation, ensuring audit and inspection readiness.
3. Facilities, Assets & Administrative Management
Supervise facilities and work equipment conditions, managing maintenance, repairs, and periodic inventories.
Manage, control, and propose procurement of administrative assets and office stationery according to standards.
Manage and coordinate vehicles and drivers to support company operations, ensuring proper documentation and cost control.
4. Other Task
Perform other tasks assigned by the Administration Supervisor/
HR Manager/Management Board.
Graduated from College or University in relevant fields such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Administration, or other equivalent majors.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or Administration (factory experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of administration, internal services, canteen, and dining hall management in a factory environment.
Proficient in Excel for cost tracking, data management, and report preparation.
Good communication skills with strong cross‐department and vendor coordination.
Strong ability to respond promptly, proactively, and flexibly to operational situations.
Basic English communication skills for daily work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
