Work Location: VSIP I (Ho Chi Minh)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Partner with business and HR CoE to drive manpower planning, workforce gap analysis, recruitment strategy, and employer branding aligned with business needs.
- Support learning, performance, and career development processes, including LNA, training coordination, performance management, promotion, and development programs.
- Ensure smooth HR operations including time & attendance compliance, employee relations, and organization of company events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate internal and external labor audits and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain stable labor relations.
- Lead and manage HR projects by identifying improvement needs, defining scope, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and execute project plans, including resources, timelines, risk management, and change management activities.
- Monitor progress through KPIs, provide regular updates, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and process efficiency.
- Ensure all HR projects are well-documented, compliant, and aligned with business goals and global HR strategies.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring effective integration of new hires and contributing to the development and improvement of induction training materials.
- Provide HR analytics and reports as required by management or legal requirements.
- Conduct market research and gap analysis to identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
Yêu cầu
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management or master's degree in Human Resources Management or Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, CHRM) is a plus
Working Experience
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment.

The annual bonus from 1.96 to 4.00 monthly salary (including the 13th-month salary). The amount depends on the position and grade, apply to new offers from July 2025.
