Dream Job Alert! Become a Senior Investment Planning Analyst (Real Estate, ID19961) at a Real Estate company and earn $1500/month:
1. Investment Analysis & Feasibility Study
Collect and analyze information on real estate projects.
Conduct legal due diligence and assess project compliance.
Prepare feasibility studies (FS) and evaluate financial indicators of investment projects.
Develop financial models and perform project valuation analysis.
2. Project Execution & Deal Support
Participate in implementing approved investment projects.
Support investment structuring and project planning.
Engage in negotiations with landowners and business partners.
Draft and review contracts and related legal documents.
3. Portfolio Management & Monitoring
Manage and monitor the investment portfolio.
Track project progress, timelines, and cost updates.
Regularly update feasibility studies to reflect actual performance.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators, real estate market trends, and relevant legal regulations.
Identify and evaluate potential new investment opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to prepare periodic business plan reports.
Consolidate and prepare reports for the Board of Management, Board of Directors, and General Shareholders' Meetings.
Evaluate business plan implementation across departments on a periodic basis.
5. Process Development & Other Tasks
Develop internal procedures, templates, and guidelines related to investment planning.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Investment Director.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Banking, Securities, Construction Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Investment, Real Estate, Securities, or Banking. At least 3 years in a similar role.
Good command of English (communication level or above).
Experience in real estate investment is highly preferred.
