Responsibilities
Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clean with maximum uptime.
Implement and maintain server hardware and Microsoft windows, applications, networks.
Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and propose IT solutions.
Day to day operation in monitoring and continuous improvement in IT services
Secure and hardening the systems
Be a part of the team to implement IT projects

Qualifications
Requirements:
The clear understanding of the corporate IT environment, software, and operating systems
Quickly identify/resolve issues in a company environment and end-user sides
Good communication skills to work with end-users and internal teams.
Strong knowledge of server, storage, and backup infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Security: System hardening (on-premise and Cloud), System Monitoring, Patching, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)...
Good knowledge of Network architecture (on-premise and Cloud)
Good knowledge and experience in multi-platform: Microsoft, Linux, MacOS
Good knowledge and experience in Cloud services (G-Suite, Microsoft, AWS...)
Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL
Mandatory:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
At least 5 years experience on system, network management
MCITP/MCSE, CCNA, LPI, AWS certificates
Good at English
Nice to have/plus:
ITIL, MCSE Security, CCNP certificates
