Mô tả công việc
This role takes charge of managing key Social Commerce accounts (such as Hannah Olala) for Amorepacific Vietnam's brands. You'll drive sales growth by mastering negotiation, strategic partnerships both internally and externally, and executing commercial plans.
Principal Accountabilities
(All accountabilities of the role)
1. Strategy & Planning
• Build up online business strategy of APVN brands Social Commerce platform
• Build comprehensive commercial plans, including monthly sales targets, promotional campaigns, and competitive offers.
• Develops customer insight, customer journey through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
• Analyze & define source of growth for incharge channel.
2. Execution & Report
• Manage online monthly and yearly targets in terms of sales, channel awareness and P&L.
• Manage Brand on the platform (Social Commerce to deliver business expectations
• Follow internal process & submit document for monthly reconciliation, payment, contract, etc...
• Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively come up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales.
• Responsible for daily Tracking & Monthly Performance Report for key learning, project review & improvement point for upcoming campaigns.
3. Communication & Negotation
• Work closely with SCM team to ensure customer experience across online platforms in term of stock readiness, delivery and after sales service.
• Drives relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand's own activities and partners. (MCN, agency, etc,..).
• Negotiate and collaborate with external partners to execute campaigns effectively
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification and Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform, with another enabler, with a brand or distributor.
• Experience in managing and growing sales in social commerce channel.
• Experience in Beauty category will be added advantage.
• Experience in creating promotion calendars and monthly activation plans.
2. Skill Sets
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other function departments such as SCM, marketing, design, sales, etc...
• Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions.
• Good command of English communication.
