Scope of work:
• Accomplish KPI targets and monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the company.
• Develop a plan to develop sales and market share of supermarkets in charge.
• Negotiate the best POG for the company.
• Negotiate the listing of new products and diversified business products at the supermarket.
• Manage and train junior staff to improve results and achieve company targets.
• Negotiate and implement promotions and sales activities at supermarkets.
• Negotiate trading terms to achieve the best conditions for the company.
Yêu cầu
• Male/Female, age 25 - 40 years old
• Graduate or university majoring in Business Administration or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Group KAM in the personal care, and FMCG industries, used to be in charge of Hypermarket, Vinmart/Vinmart+, Bach Hoa Xanh, and CVS with experience working with Head Quarters
• The ability to think logically, analyze, and come up with solutions to existing problems
• Have skills in managing and training subordinates to improve team performance.
• High pressure resistance dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible at work.
• Good communication skills; proficient in office computer
• Communicative English is an advantage.
