Mô tả công việc
• Follow up the Design Coordinator's requirements.
• Interested and motivated about landscaping and master planning.
• Visit sites, take note of necessary information and report to
project manager.
• May prepare separate detailed site plan, material plan, grading and drainage plans, lighting plan, paving plan, irrigation plan, planting plan, general and detailed sections, detailed drawings, and construction details.
• Participate in all phases of Landscaping process, from Concept to Construction Design, including follow up.
• Controlling design project files.
• Professional use of 3D Sketch up and Enscape/Lumion for Client and team presentations.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with clients, external parties, and internal teams to ensure projects flow smoothly without delay.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
• Following all reporting procedures as instructed.
Yêu cầu
• Can-do attitude, proactive communication and attention to details
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree and above
• From 5 years' experience or above in a related field i.e. Landscape Architecture
• Keen interest and appreciation in nature and biodiversity
• Proficiency in using in order of importance: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion/Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, Indesign, Microsoft Office and office machines
• Ability to use other software (Illustrator) and video animation making is a plus
• Proficiency in 4 skills of English: writing, speaking, listening, and reading
• Writing skills to write project descriptions, communicate by email, and prepare reports
• Aesthetical, creative, and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic in learning and improving for personal and career development
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, under pressure and with tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
• Critical thinking to solve/foresee problems before asking others
• Good knowledge of construction details and materials
• Good hand sketching skills
