We're seeking seasoned Senior / Lead Quality Engineers to drive the comprehensive quality management platform for both our internal delivery team and team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our automation-first quality strategy, leveraging expertise in software testing techniques and test automation.
Core Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the automation-first quality strategy to reflect the maturing complex architecture of both platforms.
Act as a technical leader and mentor for fellow quality engineers, sharing new ideas and perspectives on quality engineering.
Implement modern, innovative, and emerging testing techniques, including working with AI/ML models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust testing of machine learning pipelines and CI/CD processes at scale.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing sizing for quality engineering tasks and supporting customer escalations.
Design and implement test automation solutions to maintain and improve team velocity, extending test automation frameworks as needed.
Conduct exploratory testing using Rapid Software Testing methodology as required.
Evaluate and advise on testable acceptance criteria of user stories and non-functional requirements.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
Demonstrated understanding of test methodologies and principles.
4+ years of prior hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Experience working in distributed Agile teams (Scrum, SAFe framework).
Ability to lead exploratory data analysis within new data structures.
Familiarity with CI/CD implementations and cloud-based ML data platforms.
Excellent self-starting and mentoring culture, with the ability to coach and motivate Quality Engineers in a quality engineering mindset.
Good command of English communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience in a leadership role (QA Lead or Test Lead) of a team.
Knowledge of modern ecosystems and automated build/deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure Pipelines, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud providers such as LambdaTest, Kobiton, BrowserStack, and Sauce Labs.
Familiarity with cloud services like IaaS, SaaS, CaaS, PaaS.
Relevant certifications such as PSM I and other cloud practitioner certificates are a plus.
