Accountability & Responsibilities
• Be responsible for property management activities with initial guidance from team members to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and transition, as well as resolution of any lease-related issues during lease term.
• Coordinate and lead on-site weekly meetings with a property management vendor and propose a solution to the superior in a timely manner if there is any issue on property management.
• Check and monitor property management related expense as well as placing payment to a property management vendor collaborating with internal accounting team.
• Conduct site visits and go with the leasing team to support hosting clients. Coordinate on leasing related matters with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support the end-to-end leasing process including preparation of leasing presentation, proposals, leasing materials; coordination with facility management companies for fit-out management and other detailed tasks leading to deal closure.
• Create and maintain leasing database, filings and ensure the accuracy of the information.
• Report on the leasing activities to Leasing team periodically.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and other relevant opportunities when required.
• Obtain any approvals relating to leasing activities via the internal approval system.
• Other relevant duties as required and assigned by the company.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate leasing customer service, facility management, sales admin, preferably within the logistics facilities sector.
• Proficient in preparing, reviewing and amending contract templates and leasing-related documentation.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge and strong initiative in coordinating fit-out works specific to logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese languages; proficiency in Chinese language is highly advantageous to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors and stakeholders etc
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to details, able to do multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
