Mô tả công việc
In this role, you will be part of a strong, highly collaborative in-house legal team providing legal support on a wide range of corporate legal matters. This includes:
• Reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements, providing legal advice to stakeholders
• Implementing robust corporate governance policies for the organization.
• Acting as a key interface with government authorities and external counsels.
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
• Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the Organization.
• Staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the Organization business and specific industry.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in law with 4 -8 years post qualified experience
• Prior experience in M&A/
investment advisory or consulting is a must
• Qualified lawyer/attorney with current entitlement to practice
• Proven experience in general corporate and commercial issues working in-house
• Possess excellent legal and strategic judgment, coupled with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Thorough understanding of Legal practices in Vietnam
• Experience in handling diverse and complex legal issues and transactions arising
• Vietnamese and English language proficiency (especially both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, are meticulous, and are a quick learner
• Possess a high level of integrity
