Mô tả công việc
1. Legal Advisory
• Provide legal advice across multiple areas (e-commerce, FDI investment, import, IP, data privacy, employment, etc.).
• Advice on new business models, detect and mitigate legal risks.
2. Contracts & Documentation
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage bilingual (EN-VN) contracts and legal documents.
• Manage document control system and legal administrative tasks.
3. Regulatory & Compliance
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates, assess business impact, and ensure compliance.
• Handle legal aspects of business initiatives (licensing, corporate filings, IP registration,...).
4. Training & Internal Support
• Enhance legal awareness by providing training, guidance, and team support.
• Liaise with competent authorities and internal departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by General Counsel.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Graduated from University of Law, University of Economics and Law.
Bachelor 's Degree in Law of Business/Economic
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years' legal experience, preferably in Law firm, E-commerce, or Import sector.
3. Analytical & Advisory Skills
• Ability to quickly analyze complex legal/business issues and provide strategic, practical advice.
• Balance risks while protecting company's interests and ensuring compliance with laws.
• Confident and persuasive in handling complex or challenging situations.
4. Personal Qualities & Working Style
• Good verbal and written communication. Fluent written English is a must.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, mature, and service-minded.
• Flexible, hardworking, with a can-do mindset; practical and solution-driven.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with positive, result-oriented mindset; able to work under high pressure.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday:
Mon-Fri: from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
Sat: from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
