Mô tả công việc
1. Manage and oversee legal interactions with government authorities, including DOHA, DOF, Immigration Department, MoFA, and other relevant bodies.
2. Lead the preparation and submission of documentation for IRC and ERC issuance, as well as amendments and post-licensing procedures.
3. Supervise and coordinate processes related to work permits, visas, TRCs, and employment documentation.
4. Conduct legal research, prepare analytical reports for management, and proactively monitor regulatory changes in Vietnam.
5. Communicate directly with clients (primarily foreign investors) via email, calls, and in-person meetings, ensuring a high standard of professional service.
6. Participate in structuring client projects and internal processes, with potential to grow into a team leadership role.
7. Report directly to the Director / Team Lead.
Yêu cầu
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in law.
2. Master's degree in law and/or membership in BAR association, additional certifications or legal training are an advantage.
Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in legal consulting, corporate services, or a related compliance field.
2. Proven experience working with foreign-invested companies or in a similar consulting environment.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Solid practical experience in FDI company incorporation across various industries, including end-to-end management of IRC/ERC procedures, post-licensing compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities. Practical experience in handling Work Permit, visa, and TRC applications for foreign employees/investors.
2. Strong, practice-oriented understanding of Vietnamese investment and corporate legislation, including licensing procedures, regulatory requirements, and common administrative nuances in working with authorities.
3. Ability to independently handle client cases and take responsibility of outcomes.
4. Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with foreign clients.
5. Proactive mindset and responsible approach to work.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with practical experience in workflow and task management tools (such as JIRA, Notion, or similar systems) considered an advantage.
