Mô tả công việc
Provision of technical consultancy for commercial and residential assets, primarily for 'Green Building' Certifications, including LEED BD&C, LEED O&M, IFC Edge, Lotus.
Carry out Commercial Property Energy Audits and provide roadmaps to Asset Owners for reduction in Energy Consumption
Carry out Commercial Property Water Consumption Audits and provide roadmaps to Asset Owners for reduction in Water Consumption
Prepares Request for Proposal responses (RFP) and reviews RFP responses for 'Green Building' Certification
Perform on-site technical inspections within Vietnam of Commercial & Residential Assets
Work with Senior Team Lead to prepare pricing and manage team capacity for provision of services to Asset Owners.
Cooperate with Commercial Leasing Teams & Property Management Teams in the targeting of, preparing proposals for and presenting solutions to Asset Owners for ESG Consulting opportunities.
Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to current client base.
Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathers, prepares, and distributes marketing materials.
Actively engages in the 'Green Built Environment Space' and other Commercial Property networks to promote CBRE's ESG Services, expand contact network and be a 'thought leader' in the Green Building Space.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.
Other duties may be assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
Minimum of 5 years prior experience working with GBCI and other certification providers.
LEED AP BD&C, LEED AP O&M are a must.
IFC Edge Expert, Lotus, WELL, Fitwel, WiredScore are a bonus
Holds up to date LEED AP BD&C & LEED AP O&M certifications
Experience in preparing gap analysis reports, technical reports, LEED submissions and use of GBCI tools and submission portals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be fluent in English & Vietnamese, both written and spoken with confidence to communicate in both.
