- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking and relationship building
- Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, training and resources as needed
- Monitor affiliate activity, performance and compliance with program guidelines.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities and other areas
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on affiliate program performance and key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership, preferably in retail or shopping mall operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
