Lead daily marketing operations and act as the main internal contact for all marketing activities within the venue.
Maintain and enhance the brand image with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and lifestyle marketing.
Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners to execute campaigns, events, promotions, and brand activations.
Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, photos, and short-form videos that reflect the venue's atmosphere and customer experience.
Oversee all marketing materials, signage, and in-store branding to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with internal departments including bar, reception, retail, and operations teams to support marketing initiatives.
Support campaign reporting, content planning, and marketing performance tracking for management review.
Work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and contribute creative ideas to support business growth.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 year of marketing experience, especially in Hospitality/F&B field
Good English and Vietnamese.
Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
