1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate strategy into structured workplans with clear milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen OnPoint's leadership positioning within Vietnam's e-commerce ecosystem.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, digital innovations, and performance benchmarks to optimize marketing effectiveness.
2. Project & Workstream Leadership
A. Marketing Project Management
• Lead end-to-end marketing projects including website revamp, landing page development, asset creation, and logo evolution.
• Drive timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and quality control across cross-functional teams (Media, Sales, Creative, Tech, Operations).
• Ensure consistency in OnPoint's voice, messaging framework, and user experience across all touchpoints.
B. Owned Channel & Website Management
• Oversee strategic content direction across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other key platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between messaging, visual identity, and paid amplification strategies.
C. Content & Digital Activation
• Develop high-impact B2B content frameworks (case studies, thought leadership, blog, landing pages, lead magnets).
• Coordinate digital advertising initiatives in collaboration with OnPoint's Media experts (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta).
• Implement structured lead nurturing programs across channels to improve conversion efficiency.
3. Reporting & Performance Optimization
• Track, analyze and interpret marketing performance across campaigns and channels.
• Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
• Build clear reporting/dashboards for leadership visibility.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Growth Marketing roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing projects (website, branding, integrated campaigns).
• Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing, from acquisition to lead nurturing and conversion.
• Solid knowledge of owned & paid digital channels (Website, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong project management capability with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
