Mô tả công việc
1) Design works:
- Do basic design, detail design, shop drawing and as-build drawing.
- Review and approval for the construction documents related to Building MEP packages submitted by Contractor such as Material/ Equipment submission for Approval, MOS, Shop drawings, etc.
2) BOQ: Bidding works:
- Carry out the process of calling for tenders and drafting contracts such as preparing bidding documents, bidding plans, letters of acceptance, contracts
- Carry out payment procedures such as checking the progress of work completion at the construction site, preparing payment documents, finalization, arising, extending contract performance
- Participating in the quality check of the work and organizing the evaluation after completion
3) Site control works:
Control construction progress, schedude , HSE , quality , material and inspection document control.
