He/she to coordinate in such way to reduce the uncertainties and difficulties and if problem arises, to support and lend helping hand to complete the tasks successfully.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES TRÁCH NHIỆM CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC: To receive/check/confirm Sales orders and process them for our production scheduling. (confirmation of orders is subject to individual brands' procedure).
Review and analyze the Sales order received to anticipate any uncertainties for clarification with buyers or internal team/departments. Such as: style not buy ready, over capacity ...
Review and ensure fabric minimum issues are sent to the buyer for decision within required time-frame from order receipt
Inform
Purchasing Dept and ERP within the same day on the orders placed so that they could go ahead loading orders in system and preparing for purchases.
Ensure order summaries and schedules are issued with accuracy to respective department
Review and understand the Special L&P(labeling and packaging) information before disseminate to respective departments.
Review the production status (WIP) filled by purchasers and factories and ensure all shipments are executed without delay.
Communicate changes/update to buyer, internal departments and factories promptly.
To check and analyze the Forecast given by buyer. To work with Manager/Senior Manager on Internal pull forward. To feedback on discrepancies and any drastic changes. Disseminate forecast to respective department for their planning purpose
Ensure all liabilities cost details & Buyer's acceptance are communicated clearly. Inform Accounts department should there be any billing needed.
Assist & support the Merchandising Manager in ensuring the workflow within the team is smoothly executed and achieve good KPI.
Perform other duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TRÁU CẦU CỦA CÔNG VIỆC: Min GCE O level or equivalent
More than 5 years' experience in garment industry, preferably experience in Order management & planning
Good in Microsoft Excel
Team player and meticulous, good communication and time management skills
