You are a senior web designer with proven experience and skills in UX/UI web design. "Senior" does not mean plenty of years and experiences, with dozens of past projects in the portfolio. These aren't the biggest things we care about.
What matters to us the most is your design style, initiative and ability to take the lead to come up with design concepts with user-flow and UX/UI that are well planned and well thought out. We love designs that are modern (but not gimmicky), minimalistic (but highly functional)!
Yêu cầu
3+ years experience in visual user interface and web UX/UI design.
Knowledge using industry tools such as Sketch, Figma...
Ability to produce animation/motion designs using Principle or After Effects to illustrate a variety of UI transitions.
Study analytics to understand user behavior through knowledge of CRO web design (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
Conduct ongoing user and interface research.
Optimise existing user interfaces.
Plan and test new designs.
Work closely with other departments to understand the business's objectives.
Balance creativity, design awareness and user experience protocols with what the business wants.
Good knowledge of current trends in motion design and an interest in generating novel approaches
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Have contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator across product managers and engineers.
Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
Apply User Flow and map out pathways an individual will take in a website or platform.
Create prototypes to show and demonstrate interactions.
