Mô tả công việc
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Analysis
• Design and implement periodic and ad-hoc analytical reports (e.g. productivity, performance, financial, operational reports).
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the MIS reporting system.
• Develop data models and interactive dashboards.
Data Optimization
• Review, clean, and standardize data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
• Optimize ETL processes and automate reporting.
• Support recommendations for improving data warehouse structures..
System / Application Support
• Manage and monitor the operation of CRM systems, mobile applications, and websites for sales and customer service purposes.
• Collaborate with the IT team and relevant departments to maintain and enhance systems and applications.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and provide user support during system implementation.
• Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, or coordinate with software vendors to ensure system stability.
Advanced Analytics
• Apply advanced analytics models to forecast trends and evaluate performance.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate data analysis and generate actionable insights.
Collaboration & Training
• Support internal training on how to use reports, dashboards, and data tools.
• Participate in internal analytics and digital transformation projects.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or Business Intelligence.
• Good English.
• Prefer candidates with experience in enterprise reporting systems, or supporting CRM systems, mobile apps, or websites.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with MongoDB is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Python/Java for data processing and visualization.
• Skilled in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel (Pivot Table; VBA is a plus).
• Basic understanding of system integration via APIs or cloud platforms is a bonus.
• Experience in CRM deployment or operations is preferred.
• Strong system thinking and logical analysis skills. Proactive and supportive team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
