Mô tả công việc
This is a full-time position providing remote Level 2-3 Technical Support to our global customer base. Using communications tools such as telephone, email, and IM as well as a suite of remote support tools designed to provide seamless remote support. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and addressing a wide variety of technical issues across multiple IT environment. This position requires a technical mindset that is focused on being an IT generalist and troubleshooting methodologies. You will be responsible for asking probing questions, discovery of the issue and where it resides in the technology stack and working to troubleshoot and resolve the issue while maitnining a high degree of communication with the end user.
Under the supervision of the Managed Services Team Lead, the duties and responsibilities of the Sr. Network engineer - Serice Desk include, but are not limited to, the following:

● Troubleshooting technical issues
● Microsoft Active Directory
● Windows Server 2008+
● Microsoft SQL
● Microsoft Exchange
● Microsoft Office 365
● MicrosoftAzure
● Amazon AWS
● Apple OSX
● Apple iOS
● VMware ESXi
● Microsoft Hyper-V
● Citrix XenApp and XenDesk
● Ticket ConnectWise
● Connectwise Automate
● Working knowledge of networking principals and systems
Other
• Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years working in the Information Technology field
- MCSA in any Microsoft technology, Azure and Office 365 considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Special consideration will be given for the following
- Degree in a technology related discipline
- MCITP or MCSE, CCNA
- CISSP or other cyber security certification
- Fluentcy in English
Working Conditions
- Work during Service Desk hours of operations, 8AM-4PM ICT, M-F. But may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time;
- Required to work in a busy, open area office which may result in constant interruptions;
- Required to spend long hours concentrating which will require attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and
- Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.
- Ability to work On-call on weekends as part of a rotating shift
