Senior Officer, Asset Repossession

Implement security management activities of Techcombank AMC to ensure completion of the assigned plan in each period.

1. Directly plan and implement collateral asset management activities to handle and recover debts:
- Assessing the ability to recover debts through the method of receiving and handing over collateral from customers / collateral management.
- Prepare a report on the implementation of the management plan of collateral for submission to the competent authority for approval.
- Implement waste management measures through handover and/or management of collateral as approved by the Competent Authority.
- Coordinate with other professional units to handle problems arising in the process of debt settlement.
- Proposing and coordinating with Debt Management to build and adjust debt settlement plans.
- Support relevant units in the management of collateral assets in case of request or approval of the competent authority.
- Update and report to the Competent Authority on the progress and results of the implementation of the debt settlement plan at the request of the Competent Authority;
- Establishing and maintaining the relationship between the Company and the units in the system and with relevant authorities and other organizations to serve the effective debt collection.

2. Advise competent authorities:
- Contributing ideas to relevant units in the development of processes and regulations related to the management of collateral assets of the Company.
3. Other responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks assigned by Leader.
- Participate in the implementation of programs to build organizational culture of the unit.

Techcombank's units; Competent State agencies such as local authorities, police... and other relevant organizations and individuals

Degree/Professional: College graduate or higher, major in Law is preferred
Expertise:
- Understanding of the Vietnamese legal system.
- Understanding of debt settlement and collateral asset management.
Experience:
- Expertise: at least 3 years working in the field of debt settlement or police.
- English, According to Company's regulations from time to time
