Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate as PM/BA/QualityControl among departments/PDAPD/Head Office/vendors to implement projects i.e. regional projects focus on AML, KYC, treasury ..., transaction banking (i.e. Citad, VCB, internet banking ...), local outsourced projects, internal systems/tool development
- BAU support for system issues in HNI/HCM
- Back up for other team members in promoting projects
- Able to develop local systems or EUC tools
- Enhance quality to avoid re-work later on
- Contributing to Kaizen activities to save OT and HR cost for other Departments as well as ITD
- Others works assigned by Department Head
Yêu cầu
Education Level/certificates:
- Essential: i) University graduated in software engineering
- Preferable:
+ Certificate on software development (if possible, C#.NET)
+ DBA certificate on Oracle, MSSQL
Experience and skills:
- Essential:
1.More than 8-10 years of software development experience as Developer and preferable if having PM or BA roles where projects used C# .NET, SQL Server, Javascript, CSS etc.
2.Fluent in English to work with Regional Office as well as Head Office, good sense of teamwork and responsibility, able to work under high pressure with accuracy.
3.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Preferable:
1.Experienced at foreign corporation or toward foreign market
2.Experienced to build framework.
3.Experience of DBA of Oracle, MSSQL
4.Experienced in Business Analysis or Project Management or technical team lead with framework building.
5.Experience in big projects
- Skill:
1.Have a good customers oriented mindset and logical thinking.
2.Have a good communication skills.
3.Have a good working attitude and good characteristics.
4.Have a good self-management, time management and reporting skills.
5.Have a good teamwork and can contribute independently as well
