Senior Officer - FP&A (Trading) - CETVN Company in Binh Duong

The candidate should have a drive for delivering excellent results and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives. Along with:-
• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance/BBA
• Minimum 5 years of Finance/Accounting working experience
• Experiences in Big 4 accounting firms or management accounting at manufacturing companies are preferable
• Professional certification of ACCA/CPA/CMA/CIMA or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in SAP (S4/HANA)
• Travel to other factories within Vietnam may be required
• Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage

About this role
The role stations at our fabric mill (CETVN - Crystal Elegance Textiles Vietnam Company Limited) located in Binh Duong province. This is one of our sister company in the same Crystal Internanational Group.
The person will help to set up local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on Group Policy and provide onsite coaching and training to the local team, together with monitoring the progress of implementation to achieve standardization in Vietnam.
Also, he/she will reinforce control of key operational risks and improve the efficiency of local project execution, such as disposal of inventory and machines, cash payment reduction, etc.
